Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, so you will have time to prepare for your treatments and enjoy to the fullest extent. |

Late Arrival Policy
As a courtesy to all of our clients, please be prompt for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will gladly re-schedule you, but will have to charge you for the service. Alternatively, we can offer you a shortened service. |

Cancellation Policy
Because spa treatments are reserved especially for you, if you wish to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 3 hours advance notice. Any cancellations or changes without adequate notice will be charged at full value. |

Preparation for Your Spa Visit
For your comfort, we supply towels, robes and disposable slippers for use during your spa visit. A locker is provided for your personal belongings. However, we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. To maintain a peaceful and relaxed spa environment, we thank you in advance for turning off all cellular phones and pagers and no children were brought to the spa. |
